FLAT / BIN_FLAT

FLAT is the only type of vector index that can guarantee a 100% recall rate. FLAT index does not compress vectors and uses brute force search for similarity search, making it the slowest vector index. FLAT index is suitable for small datasets that require a 100% recall rate.
